The good thing about an M rating is that it will stop some 12 year olds from playing
English
-
No it won't.
-
...Have you ever played Call of Duty?
-
I agree, its no offence to them, but have you ever heard those lil devils scream into the mic because they got shot and died 18 times in a row? Its blood curdleing!!
-
If anything an 'M' rating attracts them even more because they think they're all cool and edgy for playing it. Either you live under a rock, or have never played an 'M' rated game online. Feel free to look into the fan base of games like GTA, Saints Row, the CoD series, etc.

If rated M, some parents will prevent their kids from having it, even if its just 1% of 12 year olds, that's 1% I don't have to hear screaming in the mic, or 3 hours a day muting all the lil turds. Love kids, but don't like them in games

Edited by Astro4545: 8/2/2013 1:17:24 AMActually when my freinds played COD at my freinds house there where all those lil kids cussing their faces off, but whenever Ive played a T game online there is only nice mature people online

Calling someone a dumbass because they disagree with you makes people not want to participate in your thread, FYI.
-
Oh pish posh, the internet is cruel, stand up for youself!! Trust me, it even works well in real life! :)
-
No it doesn't. It makes everyone in real life think you're an asshole. Get over yourself.
-
Standing up for yourself makes you an asshole? Bahahahaah! You must get picked on a lot brother.
-
Lol you can go away now padawan, much to learn you have
-
Or it could work the other way. Could be those annoying 12 year olds will stick with the M rated games, thinking it'll make them look cooler and you might get a more mature and respectful younger generation. Also, I'd rather have a mature young teenager/pre-teen who can speak fluently without cussing than someone who cusses every couple of seconds no matter their age.
-
Oh you sweet summer child...
-
Surely you jest
-
No... No it won't. To many parents either don't know or don't care what their kids are playing.

Dude, the very type of 12 year olds you are trying to avoid are already playing M rated games. If anything, we might get lucky and get a few mature, well behaved 12 y/o to counterbalance the trolls with a T rating.
