So many threads about lawnmowers...

In the US lawn mower related deaths are a reality and they happen at least once a year. The US is 7th in the world in lawn mower related fatalities with .09128 deaths per 1 Million people. This mortatlity rate is un fathomable compared to the amount of legal lawn mowers there are in this country. I propose we introduce legislation to limit the sale and transfer of these extremely dangerous lawn cutting machines. We need to work towards limiting the un-safe featres that really make the lawn mower a deadly grass cutting assault machine. These features include but are not limited to; high capacity gas tanks containing more than 30 ounces of gas, multi-position grass cutting decks and steering wheel time control devices. Also we need to register all existing mowers to keep track and make sure they are safe from the mentally ill, who would otherwise mow another mans lawn. We need to act fast to prevent any further loss of innocent human life.

The solution here is to not need lawns mowed. Permanent hair removal is the key.

Maybe if people were more careful and didn't hit things when they were mowing....
