You right. The only thing the government can do is have the IRS audit you, permanently detain you, assassinate you with a drone.... Nothing to worry about.

They have, do, and will spy on you without cause. They have detained many people without cause (even entire nationalities). At any moment they could arrest you ( not someone like you, I mean you) for a variety of federal violations you are not aware you are even committing. There are so many federal rules and regulations the Library of Congress can't count them all. Seriously. So you can't even claim that, "I'm not doing anything wrong so I don't have to worry." The sad fact is you don't know if you are violating federal law at this very moment. But please, keep thinking your government has you best interests at heart.

technically if these laws and regulations arent properly made known, people cant be at fault until the laws and regulations are stated. with that being said the government probably doesnt care anyway and will nave no problem locking anyone up.

Incorrect. Ignorance if the law is no excuse. But I agree the point of publishing laws is so people know what of their actions will get them in trouble and that point is completely defeated if there are so many laws that no one, not even the government passing them, knows what all those laws are.

ignorance of the law to the point where its not neglect, cant be used against you. if you are choosing to remain ignorant of the law then you are at fault. if you honestly were not informed of the law or regulation and you had no way of knowing that what you are doing is illegal, should not be used against you.
