On the contrary, those that go to the gym are missing out. Swimming, biking and running on mountainous terrain in cold and hot weather is much more healthy and builds serious physical as well as mental endurance. Besides, what is the use of large and bulky muscles? You can't fight properly, they make you heavier than you should be and aren't flexible enough to use them for anything other than picking up heavy things.
