i also agree with this moving melee to "right" analog stick "click" is just like how many FPS games are today like COD. the combination of R1 and L1 buttons that gives "Charge Times" is a great idea. this gives tier 1 abilities (quick attacks), tier 2 (charge and use), and Ultimate (charge with both and hold/release).

i give credit to the OP, it was my point of view of what he said like tier 2 charge (hold) R1 and use L1 to execute (vice versa). i just used the "tier" to describe my view better. of course higher tier abilities would have a longer cool down. maybe tier 1 (30 seconds), tier 2 (1.5 mins), tier 3 (5-10 mins). of course balancing the abilities would require tweaking of the cool downs, also depends on how the DEV's believe how long a fight should be... a 20 min match can effectively produce three tier 3 (if 5 min CD) abilities in a single fight. ultimates or tier 3 abilities should be used 1-2 times per fight to boost the ability effectiveness to be considered "Ultimate" move.
