This would be a nice option. Exploring is fun when it has a reason. A codex or something that shows you what places you have been. Maybe in the future updates with the history about how those place changed. Next to that it would be nice if we would be able to find other places next to earth, were we could start a own home. (In skyrim it was a nice option to build your own home, do thi swith a group of people and they would build somewhere a own city. You can make this possible in factions/guild, or wer ever you want to give the possibility to build, and customize not only yous ship, but your new home and village/city's.
