Ways to die in video games
Can you name some random ways to die in video games?
climb up the tallest mountain the game, and jump off.

Often in games I have tried throwing a grenade really far, but I mis-aimed and I ended up throwing it straight up, only to have it fall back to earth and explode on my head. In BF3 I have a terrible habit of throwing a grenade, forgetting about it then running into it.
