I never thought someone could utilize present-tense so well within a story! Excellent work, I'll have to read the rest when next I'm online because, apparently, links don't work correctly from the app.

I love to write in present tense, and this series lends itself to it very well. Strange on the link not working for you. It loads fine for me on my iPhone.

I may experiment with it now myself. It's definitely an interesting style, and one that I haven't seen before in my readings. As to why it won't load, it may have to do with poor connection. I'm not sure.

It takes some practice to do well, I think mostly because people generally don't write in present tense. It can get tiresome if it's the [i]only[/i] tense you write in (see, for example, Caitlyn Kiernan), but it can definitely be a nice change of pace every now and again.
