Why doesn't Bungie administer IP bans?
Seeing as how it is remarkably easy to circumvent a ban on this site, why doesn't Bungie implement an IP ban system. (i'm not stellar with network details) I realize that things could get sticky with dynamic allocation, but it seems like a more thorough method to me than simply banning an account.
