Now I know people hate the ending because it just feels like a cop-out, but I like it. Without the cop-out you couldn't really get the scene where Tomoya almost doesn't call out to Nagisa in the "flashback". Obviously the VN the ending is done better because the orbs are obtained from finishing a route, and you need to do every route to get the final ending. KyoAni did what they could. Ya I finished it all up. I didn't mine the ending at all, because it turned my sad feels into happy feels.
