So there's a black guy on an all white team...
So there's a lone black man on a professional sports team made up of all white guys. On said team, a few of the white guys have an issue with having to share the locker room with their black teammate. They're vocal about it outside work and in the media, and it soon becomes a distraction.
Which party is the problem in this scenario?

2 RepliesIf the black man has given them no reason for concern and has been as friendly as he could, then the white people are at fault. If their only problem is his skin color, then the black guy isn't the problem.
