That he is wasting food. It doesn't matter how much money he has or where it comes from the point is that food could have fed someone that needed it instead he is just wasting it.

He bought the food. He has the right to do whatever he wants with the food. Oh and if you wanted him to feed someone who needed it why don't you do it yourself...Oh I donate to the poor. I doubt you do.
