I'm guessing "M" would be Pegi 18?
And why is there a Pegi rating in all the trailers yet they use ESRB for the actual thing?

I see ESRB in all trailers everywhere. Because America. I see Pegi if I watch a European trailer. Both are stupid rating systems that have zero legal precedence, yet stores abide by their made up age restrictions because they threaten them by saying they won't let them carry the game if they do not. Same thing with movie ratings.
