Hardest quick time events or buton mashers?
Some of them can be frustrating as hell. The torture button mash in MGS1 and Peace Walker was hell on my fingers.

I admittedly also failed some Peacewalker quick times. Oh, and this thread wouldn't be complete without Mario Party 1's tug-o-war. **** that shit up the ass, hard. I couldn't get 100% completion on mini-game island because of it.
