Ok so I was wondering if wearing weighted clothing (like a book-bag with dumb bells or vests with weights on them) could hurt your spine? Does it come down to your size, age, and the amount of weight being used? How much is too much? I saw it in a video and I was wondering if anyone knew the answer.

OP, you wear a weight-training belt. They are professional, and they work. The only other item I would use in some form of training, are those massive hiking rucksacks. When I go camping I just fill it up to the brim, it actually weighs over a good 10 kilograms, surpassing even 15kg sometimes. really trains up your shoulders and trapezium muscles. I wouldn't really try anything else in case it does hurt your spine, you'll never know until it has actually damaged you.
