Ok so I was wondering if wearing weighted clothing (like a book-bag with dumb bells or vests with weights on them) could hurt your spine? Does it come down to your size, age, and the amount of weight being used? How much is too much? I saw it in a video and I was wondering if anyone knew the answer.

Don't do it at all. That is INCREDIBLY BAD for your joints.if you're looking to gain endurance or mass or shit like that, just do free weights at the gym.
