Batman vs. Captain America

7 Replies in this Sub-ThreadIn a straight up fight, Cap beats Batman. Batman's toys are garbage when Cap can block them with his shield, and physically Cap is superior. Both men have enough will that the fight will only end when one of their bodies' is physically broken - the problem is Batman has a human body, whereas Captain America is greater than human. Granted, the fight will be long and drawn out, but Cap is going to come out on top.

Batman has endured punches from Darkseid, and has out reacted punches from Superman. Just saying.

And Captain America has been slapped around by Thanos too. Also, I can't recall very many adaptions where Batman actually took a full on punch from Darkseid. Most of the time a backhand nearly broke him. One of the few instances I can recall where he does actually take a direct hit, he was wearing apokoliptian armor, Darkseid was holding back, and Batman pretty much almost died.
