Can someone...uh sum up everything about the xbox 1?

I only watched 10 minutes and I admit I hated the name and the console. From what I've seen, the xbox one is forgetting about gamers and now its just a tv box? Like I saw forza 5 with "new graphics" (lol i don't see a difference) and apparently Halo is going to have a tv show (Stupid idea) and EA has been bought by microsoft? I haven't seen much. Can someone tell me everything that happened? Have the rumours been debunked too? (Such as no backward compatibility, no used games)? Is there free GOLD live now?
no used games)?
i heard this from a friend so don't quote me on this, but he said he read an article outlining this. basically you will be able to install games to your HDD and you won't need the disk to play them. you can then sell the game or give it to someone else or whatever, but the other person will need to pay to play that game on their console unless it was uninstalled from the original console before it was given away. if this is true then i don't really see a problem so long as the second-hand price is cheaper than a brand-new copy.

    • No backwards compatibility is confirmed because of conflicting processors, or something like that. Live will still have a fee, based on the way they worded "your Xbox Live subscription will carry over to the One" in the presentation. You can sell and buy used games, but not in a retail store. It's done online by a system Microsoft will be announcing eventually, possibly at E3.

    • Waiting on E3 for more info. Looks ok for now.
