That sounds perfectly reasonable, there shouldn't be glass in food.

True, but why would she wait 3 years to sue? And she's not even suing because of something in her food, she's suing because she claims it ruined her voice. She should have sued 3 years ago when the incident happened. 3 years later and they may not even have any proof of anything in her food.
