I found 70s show to predictable and annoying a few episodes in. It could've been a lot better, but the last seasons especially were a let down.
I don't have a favorite, but Malcolm in the Middle and Fresh Prince were pretty good, amongst others. Everybody Loves Raymond was mostly tolerable. Mostly.
