Yes meanwhile after Tsarnaev gets arrested the republicans(on fox news) throw the constitution out the window saying he shouldn't be allowed to given his Miranda rights and he should have been treated as a foreign threat but he had citizenship. Makes sense.

Why should we follow the constitution when it doesn't give us what we want? That's silly! Personally I think we should just all grab our AK-47s we should all carry with us in public and just shoot all the terrorist looking people in the face. That'll show them.
