So a friend of mine has basically gone missing.

A friend of mine who I have known since Freshman year in high school has basically gone missing. After Christmas Break he never came back to school. I have 3 classes back to back with him and lunch. I asked my teachers if he said anything and they all said he just turned in his books and said he was moving, but wouldn't say where to. A few friends of mine live across the street from him and said his house was just empty one day but they never saw a moving truck. He doesn't respond to calls, text, FB messages and he deleted all of us off of Xbox Live and FB. He didn't say a word to anyone about leaving and after 4 months none of my friends have been able to track him down. He has literally vanished. It really sucks because he was a really good friend of mine as well. Does this give off a weird vibe to anyone else?

  • Hey there. Usually I'm one to just lurk and never really sign in, but I feel like you could use all the advice you can get. I've never had such a thing happen to me, so take what I say lightly. I believe that if he was really a good friend, he would want you to move on as well and if he wants to talk to you guys, he will make contact. Pass on his memory and maybe he will work his way back into your lives again some day. Now, however, maybe it's better to just hope him the best and be strong for your friends. I hope this helps, and if you want to talk any more, feel free to message me. Sorry to hear about this, man.
