Maybe just for a single conversation after picking up the skull, but ya that would be amazing.

The idea would be for the skull to function like IWHBYD, it alters all speech by replacing one word in each sentence with "balls"

This is a great idea!!! I mean, the concept would be immature as hell but the humor value is so evident even Bungie has participated in this topic. So...maybe we have a shot. Probably not, though.
