well...why is everyone taught about eve?
Lilith came first, but adam wanted a new wife because she wanted to always be on top/too bossy.
the cost of this was the loss of a rib.
then eve came along.
-
People don't talk about Lilith because it ruins the innocence, purity, and naievity of the Adam and Eve story.
-
Replace certain works ITT with other certain words, and it reminds me of nerds arguing over canon in WoW or D&D or something.
-
not adam and steve.
-
DID SOMEBODY MENTION LILITH?!
-
Adam buys you plasmids. Eve lets you use them. Simple, really.
-
And then there was a big incest party and all people were born? yeeeaaahhh aboout thatt...
-
How about the fact of why did God test humanity if he is omniscient?
-
Pfft, Lilith was better anyway.
-
Eve was a ho. Why did she have to eat the apple? WWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHYYYYYYYYYY????
-
sex. duh
-
Lilith is from Judaism, not Christianity
-
Because that's not what really happened.
-
Well that makes more sense than having to make a new human out of a rib despite making the Earth out of nothing.
-
neon genesis
-
Because people are addicted to fairy tales.
-
That's like asking why no one remembers the concept version of a car when the retail version comes out. Lilith was the beta version and was erased from the bible so she only exists in obscure legend now. Also, why the -blam!- are you greentexting on a site other than 4chan?

Edited by HurtfulTurkey: 4/21/2013 8:00:24 AMThat is if you believe a Jewish myth. Orthodox Christians/Jews do not consider this true, because it doesn't exist in the canon Bible.
