  • To Kill a Mockingbird is a classic, just like the others, but it may be more interesting because it's more recent and deals with more radical views.

  • To Kill a Mockingbird is the lesser of the evils in that list of required school reading.

  • I couldn't compliment To Kill a Mockingbird. I've been forced to read too many books about southern black people to have properly enjoyed that one.

  • Not The Scarlet Letter...if I would burn a book, that would be one to burn. Pride and Prejudice is kind of boring to be honest unless you are a female then I don't know. To Kill a Mockingbird and The Great Gatsby are literally American classics. Scout is a whiny bitch in To Kill a Mockingbird, so if you can tolerate everything seen through the eyes of a little southern girl then go right ahead. That leaves the Great Gatsby which I loved and I am pretty sure most people enjoy. (I have read all of those books)

  • All of them would be great. My vote is To Kill A Mockingbird.

  • The Great Gatsby was terrible. To Kill a Mockingbird was good. The other two I haven't read, though everyone regards The Scarlet Letter as being atrocious.
