Google Fiber Pole
Who's Excited for Google's Fiber Pole?

Cool, I guess, but completely useless to me. I live in a very rural area and in fact the main phone service provider has a government sanctioned monopoly on high speed internet, so I can't have anything other than crappy DSL.
