This cop needs to get fired. This is ridiculous. I hope if this is real, the cop gets sued and faces charges.

Edited by GHOST270: 3/21/2013 7:09:50 AMNot police brutality, but an attempt to violate these gentleman's 4th amendment rights though intimidation and ignorance. Such stupidity is disgusting. The guy in the red hat was correct the entire time, as was his buddy. This cop was way out of line, and I do hope she's reprimanded so future instances of her stupidity don't impact another law abiding individual. EDIT: Granted, this being a reality TV show, I wouldn't be too surprised to find out all this to be staged for the cameras.

If this is police brutality, the Rodney King incident must have been genocide.

Obligatory crack at TLC for being The 'Learning' Channel while airing such educational programming such as Honey Boo Boo.

Edited by HurtfulTurkey: 3/21/2013 6:38:44 AMDid a guy just get arrested for not opening a door to a house he didn't seem to own when asked by cops with no warrant and no stated reason for actually being there? It wasn't police brutality, but she certainly wasn't doing her job well. Isn't opening the door an invitation to enter? I respect police officers, but they're like vampires: They can't come in unless you allow them to, but once they're in you're screwed.

You obviously know nothing about police brutality. Police brutality is when an excessive amount of physical force is used on a subject who no longer is a threat. She used no physical force, she was speaking with authority.
-
I don't see the brutality. I do however see her doing her job wrong. A warrant is indeed needed I believe.
-
That poor door never knew what hit it
-
Is it police brutality. I agree that she's a complete arsehole, but surely brutality was not the offence committed by her here.
-
From my phone it looked like she was beating the door with a.....with a.....never mind.
-
He was right she didn't have a warrant I hope she's fired and that guy with the red hat get's some slack

How does him not being an attourney make it so he can't defend his own legal rights?
