What's wrong with people replying with really? They could be genuinely shocked or confused by what you're saying. Or do you mean when people say it sarcastically?

I've seen people get confused about Hastagging on Facebook. For example when you share a post from twitter or instagram the hashtags carry over. However I have seen people just post hashtags as a status which is pretty retarded.
