Anyone in MBT wanna talk about Fitness and Nutrition?

Who here works out or runs or whatever? How often? What does it entail? What do you eat to keep going? Etc. General discussion of fitness and wotnot.

  • I workout every day and eat meats and veggies. I am on week five of Insanity right now and I like it. Next step will be P90X and Insanity Doubles (2 per day).
