ok why the hell is it not for xbox halo was just for xbox and that was made by bungie why is this not

This is one of the most expensive projects ever taken on, and even with Activision's financial backing, Bungie really needs to make this game even bigger than Halo. They need Sony and Microsoft gamers to get on board with Destiny to make it worth their while (financially, at least).
