Has this issue been resolved for you yet? Like you said I don't think this is Bungie department, sounds like it was an issue with the retailers website. So if you havn't got it yet contact them Hope you get everything thing figured out.
No we don't have any solid details yet, it could last for awhile to be honest, we just have to wait until Bungie says otherwise.

The website came online yesterday, but I went to Gamestop in person, just to be sure. Thanks for your concern. It's just a shame that they didn't have any posters (or any other goodies) for me. I wonder how Bungie will know that I pre-ordered early ? Or do I have to pre-order through the website for it to count ?

Awesome, glad you got in sorted out. Yeah that does stink sorry! Maybe they will get something else in. I'm sure they know somehow, but how? Thats something thats beyond me. I'm sure its either, but we don't know a lot of details yet.
