If you hadn't noticed, Reach and 4 had Fem Spartans in them. I s'pose we can only count Reach since that was made by Bungie. I didn't happen to notice boobs at all, did you? Oh yeah, that's right, there was armour there that looked close to identical on males and females save for some size differences. So I don't think you need worry about that. Now, the Kats Ass situation, maybe a little more so.
