The entire argument that we shouldn't want curvy armor for females is based around practicality and realism. Don't we play games to separate our game world from reality in order to experience something extravagant? I don't see how media would benefit from always sacrificing aesthetics for the sake of reflecting real world images. In that case, most of the characters in this game should be 5'3 boys, covered in acne and trying to grow a shitty mustache, given the demography. And for the record, mass effect did female armor very well.

What does reflecting the demographic have to with realism?

 • It was more of a cheeky joke, Mr. Serious. The idea is that TS wants in-game avatars to reflect the real world for the sake of realism. Therefore, they should look like the kids that will play the game, right? Get it? GET IT?!?!?! Mr. SERIOUS!?!?!

 • Cortana doesn't want game avatars to reflect the players. She just wants snug armour (don't we all?). By your logic, the game should be about pressing buttons on a controller instead of fighting aliens. Because that's what the kids playing the game are doing. Alternate response: Ah, but you see, my serious response to your cheeky joke was in fact itself a cheeky joke! And by replying seriously to my fake-serious joke reply to your joke reply, it is you who is Mr. Serious! Hah! Good day, sir!
