11 digits / 6 digits - they anticipated the brute approach and added a layer of complexity?
EDIT: well I was right about the slash - but it marks the beginning not the middle.

If we brute the first 11, we can brute the other 6 a little easier. We'll get a 403 if we correctly brute the first 11
