Just a quick note: I am 99% sure (not 100% because this is Bungie) Alpha Lupi's avatar is indeed the representation of a force, through the letter F and the vector arrows. My (almost) certainty in this comes from the title of this thread, which is a reference to Newton's Third Law of Motion, "for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction".
Also, I like the F's font.

Edited by TURRETS: 2/13/2013 2:25:42 AMThat's a pretty darn good thought. So do you think that maybe this alpha wolf person could play an important role in the new series, kind of like the superintendent? It seems to me that maybe it could be one of those protector people in the hovery sphere thing. Maybe like his wolfpack is like the city and he's just kind of pushing it in the direction it needs to go? Or it's an actor in The Hangover?

Lupi is the plural of wolves, if that makes a significant difference.

I don't think our friend is from the "hovery sphere thing" or is even very sure of what it is because he refers to the sphere as "something" and "it". I also wouldn't say he's human because he calls us "you". Maybe he's an outsider? Massive games usually have three different factions (well, at least Planetside 2 does), so maybe there's the Humans, the Sphere Dwellers and the Others, but if Lupi's one of the Others, why would he care about us, then?

Maybe it's a representation of the force! Destiny = Star Wars.

Man I teach science and I didn't pick up on that.... :( Add it to the list of things to think about
