After seeing how the LAPD is shooting up every truck in sight, there's a million dollar bounty, and drones are being called in, I got to thinking: Dorner will never go to trial. He won't be sentenced for his crimes, or get to explain himself to a judge, or even possibly get mental treatment. The LAPD will just kill him on the spot, even if he tries to surrender. They're too scared of this "dirty cop-killer" to let him live once they catch up to him.

Of course he won't be taken in. If he walks out with his arms raised and shouting surrender they'll blow him away right there and they wouldn't even have to make up a story about it to cover it. Whether he wants to or not, he won't be taken alive.
