What is it exactly, that makes a lifter, a lifter? Does curling weights make you a lifter? Dead lifts? lifting yourself in a pull up? lifting other's spirits? Must you lift all these things to be a lifter or is simply fulfilling one category enough to make you a lifter?
I.E. Mike only curls weights, is he a lifter?
What should be the criteria for a lifter?
