Thanos.
He's smarter, arguably stronger and even more powerful if he has the Infinity Gauntlet.
Did I also he mention his girlfriend is -blam!-ing Death incarnate?

I always assumed it was tanked by Superman due to his bio-electric aura which is right over his skin. As for Doomsday, I dunno. And this is a 1v1 fight. Just imagine that Thanos went off too early and death is angry with him and won't revive him.
