Perhaps there should be a subforum dedicated to religous/political threads
I don't mind the fact that such controversial threads are allowed. But they are not meant for the main forum. They always end up in cussing, name-calling, and annoying argument. And i'm sure sometimes these threads are created just for the sake of creating those arguments. Maybe there should be a entire seperate forum dedicated to these kind of threads (like how there was a dedicated Halo Reach forum, etc.)
On another note, Bungie should bring back seperate forums, imo.

They don't always end up like that and you DON'T have to read the replies or even look at the thread. If you don't like topic/poster then hide them.

I too am confused about why they decided to let them be allowed. Now whenever I visit Off Topic (Flood), 90% of the threads are politics/religion. It's super annoying. Hopefully they'll allow us to hide certain tags, because hiding individual posts is to time consuming at this point.

I personally like how bungie is already doing it. you know where those kind of threads arnt allowed on the forums. if they want to squabble about politics and religion they can start a major news station.

Or you could ignore them. Why shouldn't there just be a sub-forum for everything I don't like to hear about, then?
