Abortion
Pro-choice is the most misleading name ever. It should be called pro-slaughter or pro-babydeath.
How could anyone be for killing babies? It stuns me.
Are you pro life or pro-slaughter?

2 RepliesI am pro life with a few exceptions. If the woman was -blam!-, or her life is in danger, I'm completely fine with an abortion. Any other situation, not so much.

I'm pro life because my mother choose to keep me. But I wont hate anyone who is pro-choice.

There a number of relatively well known medical conditions that can result in the mother's life being saved if an abortion occurs, otherwise they would both die. That, and I support abortion because I do believe it is a right for couples to decide. They shouldn't be forced, and if the pro-life people really cared about babies, why do they attempt to block contraception (seen and discussed in a number of states)? Contraception lowers abortion levels, and yet I read about a number of bills dis-encourage, or even attempting to block it (IIRC Arizona did this), not to mention the dumb saying going around "having sex=risk having a baby, no exceptions, because I said so". Really, a lot of the legislation comes down to blocking women's right, hence the contraception dis-encouragement I have read about in the Bible Belt. Therefore,[b] by your logic[/b], anyone against abortion is not only a pro-baby slayer, but also a pro-mother slayer.

Pro-slaughter implies that I (or anyone else who's pro-choice) is in favor of women constantly having nothing but marathon abortions every time they "forget" to use a condom or it "breaks", just as pro-lifers are in favor of women [b]never[/b] having an abortion for any reason. You can't have one work on an extreme and the other not. Nice try, bub.

I really can't comment on what it feels like to be in that position so I guess that makes my opinion null and void but I'd like to think that I wouldn't think of it as an option. I'd rather have it legal though for safety reasons. I know that even if it was illegal women would still go and have them. If it were illegal it would probably be dangerous, and could harm a lot of people. If it is legal and can be regulated and have standards and I'd rather have it like that then the other way.

I say if some teenagers aren't too careful and it happens, they aren't fit to care for it then why force them to raise a child or at least birth a child they aren't maturely or emotionally ready for. Give them one chance is what I say, happens again well then hell hopes they learn a lesson. I'm sorry if you say that 'think of the kids rights' well it has no rights in there. Why blight it too a life with most likely a single mother, cause the father is MIA or they dump the baby at an orphanage, Orphan kids can turn out fine, but in some cases it just doesn't seem right to me to have a kid, then just abandon it. Also I find it completely fine to abort the child if under some circumstances the mother would be deceased or the mother was forcefully impregnated (-blam!-). This needs to be and stay legal for those situations, in this day and age, if you're gunna have a child, lets try and give it the best chance you can give it.
