Official League of Legends discussion thread
Thought we could have one, since more members of MBT are starting to play. You know how these things work.
For those that don't know or are interested, league of legends is a free online game where you fight in arenas on teams, trying to destroy the enemy base. Its that RTS-styled field of view, but your champion has skills. Its not an RPG, its not an RTS. Its fun. leagueoflegends.com

Im gonna try Dota2 when it comes out. Wait. Clone. You play? o.0 And I got the new champ Fiora. Only got to play 2 games as her before class, and both games someone AFKed so we were -blam!-. So she is fun, as far as first impressions go. She is very fast, and her ult is really good for clutch moments.

Exactly. Most of the characters I play now are ones that annoyed me a ton.

I bought Viktor to see if he really is under powered or not. The answer is yes, yes he is. Although, one of his great strengths is a lot of derps play too over-confident against him, so it can be easy to catch people when they slip up. I played as him the other day, their Fizz fed me at mid 7-1, he kept just diving me with no HP, for some reason thinking I wouldnt just shoot him.

The next new champ is most likely a Fencer (those skinny swords). She is an AD carry, and her skills make her sound like Master Yi + Irelia. Anyway. I got Viktor. I always thought he was under powered, wanted to see if he really is or not. He does feel a little lack luster compared to other AP carries. Although I have only played 3 games as him, and I ended up fighting 3 anti-mages (Kassadin, Veigar, Katarina). He is difficult to maximize.

Nautlius Ziggs Sejuani Viktor Ahri Volibear Fizz Sejuani Graves Xerath Riven Talon Skarner Wukong Leona Yorick Orianna Vayne Rumble Brand Lee Sin Nocturne Jarvan Maokai Karma Renekton Caitlyn Cassiopeia Those are all the champs released since I started playing. 12 of those are either AD or Hybrid. 8 are AP 8 are tanks 1 is support So don't worry, there have been plenty of AD champs released.

Just got Nautilus, the new champ. He is pretty fun. His damage falls off eventually, like most tanks. But he is HUGE. I think the most fun about him is being able to just walk around not giving a -blam!- as this huge metal badass.

Full day analysis of Ziggs Played a few games as him. Once you get the hang of his abilities, he is amaingly fun. I was playing dominion and in the middle of the teamfight, their Ashe got weak and started to back up. So I threw down my Satchel Charge and detonated it but moved to the side, so it blasted me sideways and I got a good clear angle on Ashe and tossed my bomb on her.

Yeah, Cass can be difficult. Zilean is fun, but he is a little more on the support side. I bought Ziggs. My initial thoughts. Powerfull. Some of his stuff has tricky aiming. Learning his Q (bouncing bomb) is what seperates the good and the bad ziggs. But he can have a ton of burst damage, and he can have a lot of really clutch moments. +Tons of damage +Good ratios on skills (mainly his ult) +Decent CC (knockback and Slow) +Good range harrass if you can land Q +Good burst +AOE NUKE. -Can be hard to land Q and range -Squishy -Runs low on mana fast withought blue buff Overall a good caster. He is on the edge of OP. Good build: 3 Dorans rings to start, gives that HP+AP+Mana regen that you need early. Sorc Shoes to get some magic pen RoA or Rylais for tank-AP items. Both are good choices. Rabadons for sure. Rylais if you didn't get it Morellos Evil Tome is great for cooldowns and mana regen.
