Thats the thing though. Its just a statistical chance that you wont get trolls on your team. I do good, my teammate do bad, or they start argueing. I try to pull the whole team-captain role and try to get people to stop fighting or stop making mistakes. Doesnt happen much.
ELO hell exists. Obviously a lot of people belong there, but there is such a thing as bad luck.

Thats basically going 6-6-8. Its definitely not me losing the match either. There are plenty of matches where we lose because of DC, AFK, trolls, or just complete idiots.
