That's exactly what my husband and I went through. We gave up and finally started our own. We're trying to recruit so we can do more spontaneous raids. We are the kind of clan where people join each others voice chats and if you happen to see 6 people online, someone is going to ask to raid. We have a few people who like to teach and a bunch of us are working on challenges for all the seals (raid/dungeon). No mega clan here and we don't plan on it. We want to be a small tight knit group so we can take turns getting everyone through the raids, and hope to get to know people and feel more like friends than just a "clan".
