The MOST Borken Build EVER!

Solar Strongholds+Praxic Blade Before you jump to "well you're late to the party".....yeah, I know. Praxic Blade was a massive turn off to myself when it dropped and for the better part of Renegades. Seeing it in literally EVERY loadout in EVERY queue was exhausting. And seeing it make absolute light work of everything on the screen was also offputting. I was generally putting in 2-3 times the effort to yield half the results of those crutching it. So forgive my obstinance regarding utilizing it for the previous 9 months. Having my clanmates drop out the game has left me with limited content to chase solo, as I'm not too fond of LFG Raiding or solo Dungeoning. So I've just been cleaning up incomplete missions, mostly Renegades content. I managed to snag the Impact Core the other weekend and this had me wanting to try the Praxic Blade more. I am simply amazed Bungie has left something so broken in the game. It puts the game on EZ mode and it's quite disgusting they ever thought to create this weapon, let alone leave it so broken "forever". That said, it made absolute LIGHT WORK of Ultimate Conquest Seraph Shield yesterday. First time in there this season. Ran with a friend who is incredible at the game, but didn't change the fact I never fell below half health and managed to nuke most of the Champs we encountered on my own while he carried mechanics and the other fella handled ad clear. Anyhow, this is definitely the build for me for Ultimate Conquests. Stasis is too boring to play. Prismatic Consecration is super lame. Little else actually works on Titan. This gets the job done in spectacular fashion, even if it is wildly overpowered. . My iteration of the build is as follows- Super- Burning Maul Aspects- Sol Invictus; Consecration Fragments- Torches Char Searing Empyrean Ashes . Artifact- Hunter's Journal C1- Elemental Siphon; Energy Diffusion Substrate C2- Solar Fulmination; Radiant Orbs; Blade Stamina C3- Shield Crush; Argent Blade . Stats 200 Weapons 100 Strength +70 Grenade +70 Super . Armor- x4 Swordmasters Head- Siphon; Finder; Flex Arms- Heavy Handed x2; Impact Induction Chest- Lucent Blades; Resist; Charged Up Legs- Invigoration; Orbs of Restoration; Stacks on Stacks Mark- Reaper; Bulwark Finisher; Special Finisher . Weapons Kinetic- Praxic Blade (Impact Core) Energy- Parabellum (Heal Clip+Attrition Orbs); Bug Out Bag (Attrition Orbs+Target Lock) Heavy- False Idols (Eager Edge+Burning Ambition) . Gameplay Theory Really this is all about Solar Fulmination. Ember of Ashes and Ember of Char serve to drive quick and huge Ignitions via Praxic Blade. The build is best utilized for single target DPS vs Bosses and Champs, allowing the Ignitions procced off of them them clean up fodder ads. Consecration also benefits from all of those too and is great ad clear for large spawns. The key is to just get Orbs via Attrition Orbs or Melee kills. Then get your ammo and start slaying out with Praxic Blade. Should ammo with Praxic Blade get tight, then there's always False Idols for single target DPS. Burning Ambition also benefits from Fulmination, Ashes and Char, so the downtime with Ignitions never stops. Burning Maul is excellent for stunlocking bosses during DPS so allies can dump Supers/Heavy without an issue. In terms of survivability, the list here is endless. For starters, Strongholds+Praxic/False Idols is endless Restoration. Then there's Sol Invictus and Healing Grenade, enabling Resto x 2 with the build. Solace is unnecessary given the uptime of Radiance and Restoration with this setup. You just endlessly chain both with organic gameplay. And it's beyond easy to reprocc all of them after a transition where you lose them. Swordmaster's Armor allows for constant DR when block is down for highly aggressive swordplay so one can nuke champions and bosses. If you die on this build, you should really rethink your Guardianship...... Regarding ability cycling, there are two major components at play. First is Ember of Searing. There is virtually no downtime with Consecration, given the near infinite Ignitions and Scorch flying out of this build. For Grenade uptime there's Shield Crush, which directly ties to Radiance, which has no downtime thanks to Radiant Orbs and Ember of Torches. Super builds at a solid rate thanks to the endless Ignitions and Dealer's Choice Origin on False Idols. False Idols is the supplement to Praxic Blade. Aside from the generalized benefits of Eager Edge, Burning Ambition ensures you never have downtime with Ignitions when swording should Praxic Blade run low. Additionally it is a source of infinite blocking should a run go sideways. Guaranteed to aid revives and facetank damage at any cost without worry. I have NEVER touched a build this strong! Not even Prismatic Consecration at the start of TFS can hold up to this builds insane DPS output and survivability. And it's only boring if you make it boring. This is NOT an infinity blocking build. This is high speed aggression that allows you to stand in the face of quite literally any enemy and beat the daylights out them! Let me know your experiences with Praxic Strongholds or users on it! I'd like to think the pace and playstyle I've been refining would be widely welcomed by any FT without fear. But I understand the apprehension given the infinity blockers out there!

 • My experience with Praxic Strongholds is what turned me off of Titan and onto Getaway Prismatic Warlock. Also nothing new here, but I just want you to see just how broken the Impact Core is. This build is not intended to wow anyone or in anyway critique the build above me. The Encrypted Data Disk is giving the Praxic Blade unlimited ammo, even during Ammo Famine (once it gets some starting ammo). The flying blades around the Guardian with the Sword Storm combo. If you have a Void buff, sword hits weaken. Unrelated to the Praxic Blade at first: Dielectric: Defeating Arc debuffed targets grants Bolt Charge, heals and drops an Orb. (Arc Grenades Jolt) Blinding Jolts: Final Blows on Jolted combatants blind nearby combatants. Drops Orbs because of Dielectric So Prismatic Warlock with Song of Flame, mods that make Arc Grenades jolt, Gain Restoration on Orb Pick up. (For anyone who doesn't know Restoration is heal 38 HP per second) Devour and Getaway Artist are the remaining relevant pieces. Super Stat = 100+ Weapons stat 100 = 15% damage to Majors and Minors. 2 Kinetic Surge mods = 17% more damage to all enemies when you have an armor charge. Praxic Blade is Anti Barrier when swinging, throwing the weapon or reflecting damage. The most simple game loop in Destiny. Hold the grenade to create the Arc Soul. Become Amplified. Jolt and Blind everything. Stuns Overloads and activates Devour Light, Light, Light, Heavy attack with the Praxic Blade. Every hit will Weaken the enemy so long as Devour is up. Impact Core is Scorching on every hit. Ignitions after the 4th hit. (Stuns Unstoppable) Print Orbs by the dozens. (It used to be by the hundreds but the cool down to Orbs created from Jolt..) Every hit creates a stack of Bolt Charge. This is released through the Praxic Blade or an ability. Full Transcendence in 11 hits. Super completely full with 13 Orbs. This number I have tested in the shooting range, at the Orb Printer. If you are damaging something and picking up Orbs, it can be done with less Orbs. Boss fight is even simpler. Got all of your Buffs then use Song of Flame for Radiant and a minimum 90% Damage reduction.
