Lost progress DLC content
Hello Bungie Support,
I returned to Destiny 2 on PS5 and noticed that my campaign/DLC progression has disappeared.
My characters are still present and all of my weapons, armor and other gear are still there, but the progress I previously completed through the DLC campaigns is gone/reset. I did not delete my characters or intentionally reset my progress.
Could you please check my account and determine why my campaign/DLC progression was reset and whether it can be restored? I’m still rank 11. All my weapons are still there but all of my progress are gone
I am playing on PS5 and I am using the same Bungie account/PlayStation account as before. A-Crimsix #6399

2 RepliesYour characters were deleted by someone. The Warlock you're currently on was made to they could delete the 3rd character (you cant have 0 characters after you've already made one) as they delete 2 -> make 1 -> delete the 3rd. https://wastedondestiny.com/4611686018466070389 You'll need to secure your PSN account, with PSN I believe they still have the option to force sign out all devices located on the website - if not contact PSN support. As for the characters/progression etc - they're lost.
