Cross save enabled but not working
I am returning to destiny now after the news. I used to play on PS5 but now play on PC. I linked both PS5 and steam accounts but when I start the game on PC I am forced to create a new character. Has anyone gone through this before and found the fix? I have read the help page. I see my PS5 characters in the cross save setup page but when I run the game on PC I have to start a new campaign.

8 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Checking your account in our system, it looks like you activated Cross Save way back in 2021, selecting PSN as your Active Account. This means you'll see your PSN characters when logging in on any of your linked platform accounts. Additionally, your Steam characters are obscured while Cross Save is active. Given that your Cross Save setup has been the same for so long, the most likely explanation for the issue you're experiencing is that you're logging in to an incorrect platform profile. To that point, we recommend double checking your Steam ID and PSN profile to ensure all login details are correct.
