Trouble with Cross save
I'm having trouble linking my old PS4 acc. with my current Xbox one acc. My PS account was the primary account and I have an old xbox acc. I'm no longer using. I wanted to link my PS4 account to my new Xbox and access all of my progress from that console, making it the new primary, but it made me create a new character when I logged in for the first time. How can I resolve this?

Hi, it has done the same thing for me, I played on PC got every DLC everything, I thought let me play on my PS5 since it’s a bit easier to sit down and play on. I did the whole cross save thing and for some reason it has me playing on a brand new PlayStation account rather than my authenticated steam account, I’m scared to authenticate my PS account incase it just locks me to the new one.
