Unfairly Restricted
Went to log on this past monday and saw a message saying i was permanently banned with absolutely 0 explanation, no email saying i was banned, no nothing just logged on to try and run a pantheon to see ive been banned, but the thing that i dont understand is why, cause before the ban i literally did an insight terminus strike on customized so like bungie??? How long will it take before i hear anything back

If you believe you were unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal request via [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000654371]this form[/url]. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Once you've submitted a request, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.

There is no prior warning to bans. Bungie never discloses the reason for bans. It usually takes time before bans are applied (I have seen people being banned for something they did years before), so it probably doesn't matter what you were doing just before you got the ban.
