Safe harbour triumph not working
I recently got my last assist for another player to reach 5 wins for the first time. And it did not count towards the triumph. So wasted hours and hours helping them. I did everything correctly, I equipped the right emblem. Went flawless first and to the lighthouse. The. Helped someone who’d never been to the lighthouse get there. And still nothing towards my safe harbour triumph

The latter isn't meant to count as Bungie didn't remove the fireteam requirement but there have been reports that it can sometimes count. As far as the patch notes etc go (with them not listing it as removed) - they have to be in your actual fireteam.
