I got permanent banned and haven’t done anything wrong .
I haven’t been noticed about the reason but my best guess is while i was playing another single player game destiny 2 was running on the background and I run wemod(wand) a trainer app for single player games that has nothing to do with destiny 2 , it not even supports the d2 neither I was playing d2 at the time may I get any help to recover my account cause bungie support told they can’t help and I should contact with ninjas

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. If you believe you were unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal request via this form. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Once you've submitted a request, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.

2 RepliesYour account is toast. Bungie has warned us many times not to have destiny running if we are using those types of cheat/mod/trainer programs.

1 ReplyForums cannot help you and BNGSecurity does not consider appeals on here, so fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48629 If 4-6 weeks go by without the ban being lifted or Bungie asking for more info, you can safely assume your appeal has been denied. As noted on the page linked, you are not guaranteed a response. In most cases, you're realistically not going to get a response from them unless they either lift the ban or they need more info from you. Further, an open ticket does not mean that its not been reviewed as they leave multiple ticket types open regardless of outcome, likely to cut down to duplicate submissions.
